Welcome to the consultation website for Elthorne Works on Trumpers Way, Hanwell.

Elthorne Works was granted planning permission in 2020 for a residential mixed-use redevelopment. The consent includes demolishing the existing outdated buildings and providing new homes along with commercial space.

With increasing local demand for affordable homes, we are taking the opportunity to refresh the plans to better meet community needs and hope to submit these revised plans in early 2026. The updated proposals will provide 100% affordable, high-quality and sustainable homes as well as a small retail space designed to benefit local residents.

The 0.77 hectare site is located at the junction of Trumpers Way and Belvedere Road, next to the Brent River Park in Ealing.
